The culture is seen throughout the Brunel and applies to all of our provisions, therefore making our provisions a pleasant, safe and welcoming sites to all visitors.

Along with our vision, we have a purpose made mission, ‘Brunel is a creative educational family committed to opening doors, opening minds and realising potential for all’. Again, very clear our E&D practices fit into our mission to succeed and by opening doors and minds, allows us to share our practices in line with the Equality Act 2010. All of our children and young people have the opportunity to succeed and to reach their highest level of personal achievements in and out of our provisions. Through our provisions we continue to grow our children and young people.
Our recruitment processes are designed to be open and honest and we promote a fair and consistent approach to applications.
