Persons of Significant Control Register

With effect from 6 April 2016 all companies are required to maintain a register of ‘People with Significant Control’ (PSC) for purposes of transparency.

Brunel has 5 members, all with equal voting rights.  No member has voting rights greater than 20%.  This will be reviewed regularly.
